Naga Two

The Naga are members of the Buddhist pantheon, which live under the earth, deep in the waters of stream or lake. They guard sacred texts, or termas, hidden founts of knowledge meant to be brought into the open when needed. This one arises from the skull of a deer, springing forth through its mouth with its treasure of knowledge, frightening to some, beautiful to others. The deer itself is wise in the ways of the wood, stepping gently using much, abusing nothing. There is much to be learned by her ways, here she is brought by the naga, her mouth open, ready to speak to those who can hear.
