This web version, when complete will contain the entire text of the 130 page book. While every
word is the same, because of the nature of the markup language used to code this page the layout is
sometimes different. (For instance, page references no longer have much meaning since any reference
can be a direct link to its source.) In general, the book has been encoded in a basic form of markup
language so that it will be readable with the more primitive non-graphic browsers. In this way, the
work is available to the greatest number of people. Unfortunately, some
of the non-graphic browsers do not handle the extended characters that are
used with Spanish and Yoruba languages. These have been left into the
Ebos and prayers but should only be a minor inconvenience if you are using
one of these browsers. (Sorry Lynx users...)
Over time, the work will be expanded beyond its original form and enhanced with additional information,
including images of the Orishas, and notes on the methods used to call them. Any irregularities in the
text are due to the translation process and are the fault of myself and not the author of the work.
This work is an authentic and very real source of Knowledge, as such it is the responsibility of the
reader to determine how they will use it. I would only hope that every reader will heed the disclaimer
which the author has included.

Navigating the Work
The chapters of the work are coded as seperate pages that are linked in a linear
manner. The Table of Contents is fully implement and chapter sub-headings link directly to the point in the
work to which they refer. The following icons which occur at the bottom of each section are used for navigation:
